About the Role:

As a Field Service Technician (East & North-East Germany), you will be part of our regional service team responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of medical laser systems. Your working area covers Eastern and North-Eastern Germany. The preferred place of residence is Berlin, Hannover or Hamburg.

You will ensure the operational readiness of our devices, perform safety checks and support clinics in the efficient and safe use of their systems. The role includes regular travel and on-site service visits. Occasional overnight stays (1–2 nights per week) may occur.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, maintain and repair medical laser and energy-based systems

· Perform electrical and safety inspections according to regulations

· Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site

· Support sales and training teams with technical input and product demonstrations

· Document service activities accurately in the company CRM

· Cooperate closely with colleagues in Service, Logistics and Sales

· Contribute to process improvements within the service organization

Requirements

· Completed technical education (electrical, mechatronic or medical technology background preferred)

· Certified qualification to perform electrical work and safety testing

· Good command of English (spoken and written)

· Independent, structured and customer-focused working style

· Excellent communication skills and team spirit

· Willingness to travel within Eastern and North-Eastern German
