As our Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital marketing performance and overall business growth. You’ll work in a data-driven environment focusing on continuous improvement and optimization.

- Monitor and analyze marketing data to identify trends and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations that drive performance optimization.
- Dive into data from multiple angles to uncover growth opportunities and understand how creatives impact overall activity and results.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that make performance insights accessible and intuitive for end users.
- Evaluate and compare different attribution methods to better understand channel impact and improve decision-making.
- Plan, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, lift tests, etc.), assess their statistical significance, and extract meaningful action items to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
You will thrive in this role if you have…
- 4-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a data-driven business.
- BSc/BA in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- High proficiency in SQL - a must.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience working with online marketing data and a solid understanding of key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.).
- Thorough understanding of attribution and marketing measurement.
- Hands-on experience with A/B tests and/or lift tests and their underlying statistical methodologies - an advantage.
- Familiarity with online marketing platforms (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, etc.) – an advantage.
- Experience with R and/or Python – an advantage.
- Experience in retail and e-commerce or adtech – an advantage.
