Alliance Steel, Inc. is seeking Loaders to join our growing team. As a Loader, you will be responsible for safely loading trailers with completed projects from the shop. You will nail boards to balance and stack the shipment pieces, as well as take pictures for every job being loaded onto the trailer.

Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To:

· Line up and nail together boards on the trailer

· Assist and help guide the forklift driver where the shipments go

· Taking pictures of every piece that goes on the trailer

· Following all safety procedures

· Any other duties assigned

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

· Experience operating a forklift a plus

· Previous work experience as a loader

· Bilingual a plus

Requirements

· Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat, kneel and or stand for extended periods of time

· Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions

· Able to follow all safety procedures

***This position works primarily outside. Monday - Saturday work schedule.***
