About the Role

NOTE: These positions will start as 8-hour shifts and then transition to the 12-hour shifts in 2026.

SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR 12 HOUR SHIFTS: $4.00/HOUR


Primary Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in stopping and correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors

• Demonstrate daily evidence of continuous improvement efforts of 5S and autonomous maintenance.

• Treat quality as a key pillar of our success by always doing the right thing for our customers.

• Solving problems daily by working together as an engaged team member.

• Receive incoming goods.

• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock and records location of the inventory.

• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and making operator repairs.

• Help in the relief of breaks as needed.

• Maintain records and documentation.

• Other projects and tasks assigned.

Requirements

Experience:

• Ability to work independently.

• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Sound communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability.

• Possess skills required to improvise and adapt where needed.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Represent the company in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner in all matters.
  • Comply with occupational safety regulations.
  • Work in shifts and overtime as required.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
