What You’ll Do
- Assist service technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and system maintenance
- Learn how to inspect, clean, and test key HVAC components
- Support tune-ups and preventive maintenance visits
- Help identify issues and communicate findings clearly to homeowners
- Maintain a clean and organized work area—truck, tools, and customer home alike
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Some HVAC training or hands-on experience (school, internship, or entry-level role)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
- Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs and work in various environments
