Come join us as we disrupt an entire industry and help take your career to the next level with a team that is charging towards changing the world of defense. <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</h4> <ul> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Oversee and manage the entire accrual process to ensure accurate and timely recording of all accruals.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Conduct thorough reviews of open purchase orders and follow-up to ensure timely closure and accurate expense recognition.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for accruals and to improve interdepartmental communication related to expense tracking.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Reconcile accrued accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Develop and implement robust internal controls and procedures related to the accrual accounting process.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Prepare footnotes, disclosures, and supporting schedules to support financial reporting.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Prepare financial reconciliations timely and be able to research and resolve variances as needed.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Help implement new systems or improve efficiencies with current systems to support continued company and team growth.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Contribute to the control environment by establishing, improving, and maintaining operational processes.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">No job too small mentality, be curious and helpful to others.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">3+ years of progressive accounting experience.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Demonstrated experience supporting equity and stock-based compensation accounting.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Demonstrated experience supporting intercompany transactions and consolidations.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Highly detail oriented with strong experience in Excel, ERP systems, and US GAAP.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA preferred.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Prior experience in companies that are tech or advanced manufacturing preferred.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Healthy mix of technical accounting and operational accounting preferred.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high growth organization.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Able to get hands dirty to drive organizational change while also maintaining an ability to manage up against strategic priorities/reporting.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range">$98,000—$130,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">  The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
