Duties & Responsibilities

• Liaison with Agile coaches and support in Agile transformation across various product lines
• Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices
• Removes impediments and help team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
• Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive
• Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions
• Is accountable for the Scrum Teams Effectiveness
• Identify process level improvements in teams and address those dysfunctions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Coach budding scrum masters in teams
• Flexibility to travel to/across IBS offices

Experience & Skills

• Experience of 3-4 years as a Scrum Master and total experience of 8+ years
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, Agile metrics and best practices
• Experience in distributed Agile model
• CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist certifications will be an added advantage
