<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the primary relationship owner and advocate for a portfolio of 30+ mid-market and enterprise customers. You’ll ensure long-term satisfaction, retention, and value realization across their lifecycle with ZenGRC.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
