Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor, working directly under the Delivery Manager based in France, and located on the client site in Porto to provide on-site operational support. In this role, you will oversee Proximity Support and Service Desk teams operating across multiple countries. You will play a critical part in resource planning, day-to-day production management, skills development, and driving continuous improvement across international L1/L2 technical teams.

🎯 Responsibilities

Proximity Support Team Supervision (International + France)

  1. Planning and steering of resources in Portugal and abroad
  2. Backlog monitoring, animation, and prioritization
  3. Coaching and skills development of L1/L2 technicians, including:
  • Scorecard follow-up
  • Ticket picking analysis
  • Dual interventions monitoring
  • Individual and group coaching
  • Preparation and facilitation of Technical Committees
  • Inventory monitoring, verification, and optimization

Service Desk Team Supervision (Backup role during ramp-up phase)

  1. Resource planning
  2. Backlog management and daily animation
  3. Preparation and facilitation of Technical Committees
  4. Skills development for technicians:
  • Scorecard
  • Picking
  • Double listening sessions
  • Coaching

Qualifications

🧩 Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in production supervision and technical team coordination (L1/L2)
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken & written)
  • Strong ability to manage multicultural, geographically distributed teams
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and crisis-management skills
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and operational leadership
  • Background in IT, Proximity Support, or Service Desk environments is a strong advantage
