Functional Title: Facility Maintenance Director
Special Working Conditions/Preferences: This position is located at the Arkansas Health Center in Haskell, AR overseeing the entire facility maintenance department and a staff of over thirty employees. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ supervisory experience and 5 years' experience overseeing a facility maintenance department. A license/certification is not required for this particular position.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required, plus at least three (3) years of experience in one or more skilled trades.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series. Promotion to the next classification level is at the discretion of the department and the Office of Personnel Management, taking into consideration the employee’s demonstrated skills, competencies, performance, workload responsibilities, and organizational needs.
