About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team at Mize, a fast-paced travel-tech startup transforming the way the travel industry operates through cutting-edge technology.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and are continuously optimized. You’ll work closely on our flag product, taking ownership of daily operations, data integrity, and customer health. Your responsibilities will include business analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and driving operational excellence.

This role is perfect for someone analytical, curious, and passionate about making an impact across multiple domains of the business.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and maintain daily operations of our flagship product, ensuring all data-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct customer and data investigations to uncover insights, optimize performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform customer health checks and develop strategies to maximize client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • Implement standards and workflows to streamline operations and support company scale-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product flows and resolve operational challenges creatively.
  • Provide reports on operational performance and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Contribute to data structure integration and maintain high-quality data standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
  • Experience in the travel-tech industrybig advantage
  • 1+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a similar analytical/operational role - big advantage
