About the Role

Our IT department at Ceragon is seeking for a skilled and motivated BI Data Analyst & Project Manager to join our BI Team.

In 2026, Ceragon will embark on a strategic project to migrate to Oracle Fusion system as part of our journey to cloud.

BI team plays a significant and essential role in this project, as upon go-live, all reports and dashboards must be fully operational to ensure business continuity and enable the company to continue making data-driven decisions. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in driving data-driven decision-making across the company, working closely with business leaders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end BI projects - from requirements analysis, data modeling, source-to-target mapping to the implementation of impactful reports & dashboards.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and scope to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, senior leadership (including C-level executives) and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable and actionable data solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and business units.
Stay updated on emerging BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a BI Data Analyst/ Project Manager in a large organization.
Proven experience leading end-to-end BI projects.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with DWH and complex data models.
Designing and implementing BI solutions.
Familiarity with ETL & BI tools.
Track record of working closely with business stakeholders and development teams.
