About the Role

Kendago is a global leader in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) digital marketing and advertising, providing brands with a comprehensive suite of services, including proprietary AdTech-backed PPC, creative production, digital marketing expertise, and data-backed CRO optimization. We help our clients grow into world leaders by combining our unique approach to PPC with a focus on brand development, funnel optimization, and ad creativity.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Campaign Manager to lead high-budget campaigns.

Our Office is located in Kiryat Ono.

This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week, with flexibility based on team and individual needs.


Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience managing significant budgets, with a deep understanding of video performance campaigns (highly required)
  • Fluent English level
  • High analytical ability and the ability to learn advanced analytical tools
  • Able to multitask and prioritize among many competing needs in a fast-paced, fluid environment, and ensure delivery dates are met
  • Ability to handle high budgets for performance campaigns.



Responsibilities

  • Own all marketing analytics aspects including analyzing, reporting and tracking of marketing activities .
  • Manage, optimize and maximize ROI on large scale digital media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, Snap, X).
  • Constant conversion performance improvement by A/B testing ad copy, creative types and funnel experience.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on new marketing angles and ads.
