Senior Frontend Engineer

We're looking for talented Senior Frontend Engineers to join us at Daylight Security. This is an opportunity to join early and shape the foundation of our product and infrastructure. You’ll work closely with our product manager and fellow engineers to develop and deliver a fast, intuitive, and secure experience for our users. As one of the first engineering hires, you'll have significant ownership and influence across the stack in a team that embraces AI-native development as a core part of how we build.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain core product features in a high-performance, scalable environment
• Leverage AI-native tools and practices to improve velocity, quality, and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring quality and security standards are met.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and help foster a high-quality engineering culture

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Strong coding skills in modern languages and frameworks, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
• Comfort working in an AI-native environment - whether that’s using AI for development, building AI-powered features, or experimenting with new tooling
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects from design to deployment
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
