As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar VIP Account Manager to join our great team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage close, long-term relationships with our VIP players on a daily basis
- Support and actively engage players through personalized communication
- Track, monitor, and analyze player activity and behavior on a daily basis
- Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions, and activities designed to increase player engagement and move them to their next level
- Manage and grow Facebook communities, creating engaging posts, encouraging participation, and fostering a strong sense of community among players
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Design, Data, etc.) to drive player activity, retention, and revenue growth
- Work closely with all aspects of the game studio to fully understand Economy, Product, and Monetization
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management within the Mobile gaming industry - MUST
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – Advantage
- Proven experience managing VIP clients, building strong relationships, and handling customer expectations
- Proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of basic formulas to cross-reference data, conduact portfolio-level analysis, and perform customer segmentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing and engaging Facebook communities – Advantage
- Native-level fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
