About the Role

RADCOM develops manufactures markets and supports innovative network test and service monitoring solutions for communications service providers and equipment vendors. The Company specializes in next-generation Cellular as well as IMS, Voice, Data and VoIP networks. Its solutions are used in the development and installation of network equipment and in the maintenance of operational networks. The Company's products facilitate fault management, network service performance monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting and pre-mediation.


Requirements

■ Minimum 5 years of experience working as a support engineer / Senior Solutions Engineer in the telecom (preferably telecom monitoring) industry. 

■ Bsc / BA in CS, EE, Telecommunications from a recognized university. 

■ Knowledge of wireless technologies (UMTS, CDMA, LTE, GSM) with specific understanding of Data Communication, TCP/IP, HTTP, RTSP and/or Radio Access Network. VoIP, SS7 – a plus. 

■ Experienced with Unix/Linux OS, SQL knowledge (Oracle, DB2, Sql-Server) - Mandatory   

■ Fluent English - Mandatory   

■ Willing to travel 30% of time. 

■ Residence in Delhi - Mandatory   

■ Ready to work in 24*7 environment.

■ Need to monitor the alarms based of our environment.

■ Should be able to identify and work on different issues that occur in RADCOM environment.

■ Any technical certification will be a add on.
