About the Role
<p>Datadog continues to grow at a rapid rate and with this exciting growth, our onboarding and ongoing training is also quickly increasing in scale and complexity. This position is responsible for providing onboarding and ongoing enablement training / programs to all of our regional go-to-market teams. We are looking for a structured communicator with a knack for simplifying the complex to deliver the training content, curriculum, and programs that enable our sales people to be successful in their jobs.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Deliver</strong> engaging live and virtual sales onboarding and ongoing training programs that equip sellers and leaders with the knowledge and skills to succeed</li>
<li><strong>Regionalize</strong> training by incorporating APAC-specific deals, customers, and competitors into content, examples, and talk tracks</li>
<li><strong>Analyze</strong> program data and feedback to provide actionable insights that help evolve existing curricula and shape future training initiatives</li>
<li><strong>Coach</strong> sellers and sales leaders through on-the-spot training, curated workshops, and tailored development sessions as needed</li>
<li><strong>Embed</strong> within the sales organization to understand the realities of selling at Datadog, while constructively challenging assumptions to drive growth</li>
<li><strong>Champion</strong> sales enablement by mastering Datadog’s sales process, products, and go-to-market strategy, and by sharing best practices to continuously upskill the team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years in sales/revenue enablement, learning and development, or in a training, or teaching role (can include non-sales concepts) at a technology company</li>
<li>Outstanding verbal and written communicator: you make the complex simple</li>
<li>Team oriented and empathetic: you can work with analysts, engineers, reps, whomever!</li>
<li>This role may require up to 30% travel</li>
<li>Prior sales or Sales enablement experience at a high growth Software-as-a-Service or technology company</li>
<li>Experience with Enablement Tools (Confluence, Docebo, Figma, Mentimeter) and Sales Methodologies (MEDDICC and Command of the Message)</li>
</ul>
