Park Place Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for a dedicated and skilled Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. 
  • Present treatment plans and explain procedures and goals to families clearly and confidently.  
  • Assist with insurance verification, financial coordination, and payment options.  
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate treatment logistics. 
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and communication with team members.  
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.  
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office role preferred.  
  • Ability to explain treatment plans and financial options to families clearly.  
  • Positive, professional attitude and a team-focused mindset.
