· Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team to drive innovation and company growth.
· Develop and implement business development strategies that align technical capabilities with business development goals to generate new revenue.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consultative selling and technical solutions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote capabilities and convert qualified leads.
· Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements
· Proven experience in senior technical sales leadership and B2B manufacturing.
· Demonstrated success in managing technical customer-facing teams.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.
· Experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing technical roles.
· Ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through consultative technical selling.
· 5-10 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in an Technical Sales or Business Development Leadership role.
· Must have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
