About the Role

The Job

  • To develop tailor-made reporting framework, standard, and structure that align with the Club's and the Trust's unique integrated business model and strategic priorities to enhance the transparency and effectiveness of the publication communications.
  • To ensure the utmost quality of the publications by conducting thorough benchmarking research against globally renowned corporations, organisations, and institutions with a comprehensive analysis to extract relevant and best-in-class information that align with the Club’s or the Trust’s reporting processes to elevate the publications' overall quality, precision, and impact.
  • To collaborate with divisions and internal stakeholders, consolidating essential data, information, and insights to develop different meaningful content that precisely illustrates the contribution and impact of the Club's and the Trust's initiatives and activities from various lenses.
  • To engage in the data and report verification process with external consultants and internal parties involved by upholding a high standard of professionalism and integrity in data and information management in ensuring data quality, and creditability of the publications.
  • To facilitate and prioritise clear communication with external consultants and production houses for the publications to ensure the counterparts understand the Club's and the Trust's expectations and standards of requirements on the reports that enable DAIRD to work towards on-time delivery of best-in-class outputs.
  • To collaborate with Impact Measurement & Reporting Team in establishing a scientific approach and innovative methodology that effectively showcases the social impact created by the Club and the Trust, enabling related communications with precision and credibility.
  • To collaborate with Corporate Affairs Division in ensuring alignment with Club-wide publications and writing standards to harmonize the style, tone, and messaging across all publications in ensuring a consistent and cohesive representation of the Club's values and brand identity.
  • To create and write the content with supporting datasets and documentation for the abovementioned publication.
  • To handle ad-hoc tasks delegated by the department head.

About You

  • University degree (any discipline)
  • Over 15 years working experiences, with recent experiences (past 10 years) preferably in sizeable or listed companies
  • Experienced in corporate reporting development and production
  • Experienced in ESG or sustainability
  • Experienced in research and analysis
  • Experienced in project planning and management
  • Deep experience to assist in building and leading a high calibre reporting team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and risks management ability with a can-do working attitude in different tasks delegation
  • Well-organised personality, attention to data quality, accuracy, and authenticity
  • Passionate about the latest ESG data management and reporting development
  • Strong in time management and able to deliver under pressure
  • Good business acumen with high integrity
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills to report concisely and accurately
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English in a professional manner, proficiency in written Chinese is a plus
