About the Role

Job Summary

The main objective of his/her team is to develop the entertainment per racecourse to ensure consumer immersion, he or she will elaborate creative thematic per racecourse, per Group Sundays Racedays per Major Race days and rethink the Happy Wednesday entertainment programs including F&B field.

The Job

  • Support the supervisor to elaborate and execute the entertainment lifestyle programs at the racecourses and to promote the racecourse as a lifestyle entertainment destination
  • This person will have the basic knowledge of Music Programming and creative entertainment offerings targeting the local and international visitors including Gen Z & Y
  • Execute with his/her EM and supervisor the entertainment & lifestyle programming following 4 fields: Recreation & Music Entertainment, Lifestyle experience, gamification and Experimental Pop-up stores.
  • Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising and Marcom Teams under Racecourse Marketing and Entertainment team, and across in the department of Racing Marketing.
  • Adapt entertainment programming to fit the creative thematic for Happy Wednesday concept and Calendar and efficiently manage the administrative tasks

About You

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years in Entertainment, promotion, Music Industry, Event planning and production
  • Experience in event marketing in HK and overseas

(Preferred Requirements):

  • Demonstrated successful track record of lifestyle event, media and marketing planning for audiences and consumers' acquisition and retention
  • Operational expertise in event from planning, stakeholders management and to event execution
  • Exhibited understanding of local and international audiences including millennial and Generation Z behaviours through previous project work
  • Understanding of marketplace data and engagement schemes, along with immersive/activation programming
  • Well connection towards the Influencer network in HK and global China social Network
  • Good command in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent lnterpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Consumer oriented and strong marketing insight
  • Strong planning and implementation skills
  • Can-do spirit and attention to details

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
