About the Role

The CRM DevOps Engineer will work with the Developers to deploy and manage code changes, and work with the Operations Engineers on managing and maintaining the CRM Platform (D365, Power Platform, and Azure) for BDO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages the release pipeline for all projects and changes
Sets up tools and required infrastructure based on delivery/project requirements
Automates the deployment process and continuously improves on it
Helps define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
Monitors D365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards and ensures that the CRM Platform is running smoothly and efficiently.
Other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related/relevant fields.
Experience in working as a System Administrator or support for SaaS applications
Experience and knowledge on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and/or Azure Services
Experience/knowledge in using Azure DevOps or other Source Code Management and/or Continuous Integration and Delivery tools
Experience/knowledge on relational database
Familiarity with network protocols
Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
