About the Role

Responsibilities:

 

Operations Efficiency 

 

  • To recommend process improvement projects that will streamline procedures and contribute to operations efficiency.
  • To proactively suggest process automation projects, if applicable.
  • To assist in formulating guidelines to effectively implement new processes or controls.
  • To review Request for Services (RFS) initiated by Operations unit before submission to Remittance Systems Support Perform.

 

Timelines

 

  • Ensures timely delivery of projects, reports and other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Relationship Management

 

  • Work with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, team leadership and motivation to achieve project goals.
  • Support and assist project team/s in addressing operational and transactional issues/concerns, analyzing data, making informed and timely decisions and executing resolutions.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • With at least 5 years experience in the Remittance or related business/es preferably gained from a bank or other financial institution
