Technical Support Apprentice

We are looking for a person for the role of Commercial Apprentice in IT, who will join the commercial team to support client management, opportunity tracking, and the organization of commercial information related to technological solutions. This position is ideal for those starting their career in sales, interested in technology, and eager to learn and develop in a commercial environment.
What you will do:
- Support prospecting and initial contact with potential clients, identifying commercial opportunities in the technology sector.
- Assist in client follow-up and opportunity tracking, updating information in commercial tools and CRM systems.
- Support the preparation and organization of proposals, commercial presentations, and sales reports.
- Collaborate in the management and basic analysis of commercial information to support the team’s decision-making.
- Participate in the daily activities of the commercial team, learning about sales processes, customer service, and best practices in marketing technological solutions.

- Be a technologist student in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communication, Commerce and Business, Commercial Management and Sales, or related fields.
- Genuine interest in sales and commercial development.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and work teams.
- Tolerance for frustration and openness to receive continuous feedback.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and willingness to take on continuous learning challenges.
