Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management at a retail brokerage
• Property & Casualty license
• Proficient with Applied EPIC
• Strong background in Commercial Lines Coverage and comprehensive knowledge of Insurance Markets
• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Management and delivering exceptional service

Duties will include:

• Building positive relationships with carriers
• Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
• Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and other related matters
• Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client
• Effectively communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned
