Job Position

Under the general supervision of the Plant Manager, the Administrative is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks to support renewable power plant operations. Responsibilities include managing utilities, office equipment, government relations, petty cash, budgets, licenses, insurance policies, purchase requisitions, staff attendance, and records. Including provides essential support in HR, procurement, finance, and compliance, communicates company policies, facilitates visitor interactions, handles calls, and collaborates on risk assessment. Administrative also fulfills additional duties as assigned by management to maintain operations smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor administrative tasks e.g. vehicle, maid, building facility, stationery supply, waste disposal, community relation activity, and government activities to support renewable power plants operation.
  • Manage petty cash and cash advance, including recording the cash transactions, budgets and expenses ensuring accurate disbursement and up to date.
  • Assist in development of budgets, monitor and control costs within approved budget for renewable power plants.
  • Monitor the expiration dates of licenses and schedule compliance submissions for all power plants in the region. Ensure that all licenses remain valid and promptly notify site members to prepare for renewals in a timely manner.
  • Control and maintain insurance policies e.g. vehicle insurance, employee insurance, and medical care policy, social welfare insurance, and workmen’s compensation to comply with company’s policies, laws and regulations.
  • Manage the issuance of purchase requisitions (PR) based on requirements to facilitate the procurement process.
  • Review company staff timesheet, attendance, overtime, leave day for payroll process.
  • Manage and organize office events, management meetings, and training sessions.
  • To be a company’s representative to coordinate with the government e.g. labor department, SSO, police, Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO).
  • Manage and control office records, files, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
  • Provide support to the managements on HR, procurement, finance, accounting, insurance, invoice, tax, and related matters.
  • Communicate with company staff to announce company policies through appropriate channels.
  • Manage and facilitate guest visitors to the facility in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to develop risk assessment and mitigation plans.
  • Must be aware of and play a vital role in the quality, environmental, occupational health & safety, environmental safety, and social management systems (ISO 14001, 9001, 45001, ESMS).
  • Perform duties are requested by management to professionally serve plant activities.
  • Communicating project information to local communities and relevant organizations.
  • Engaging with local communities and relevant organizations.
  • Other related CR activities per assignment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative or office management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and maintain thorough follow-up to meet deadlines.
  • Communication skills for interacting with visitors, staff, and management.
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work in Uttaradit (Base), Sukhothai, Phetchabun, Phayao. (Local candidates from the project area are preferred.)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Have a service mind.
  • Good command in English (Minimum 600 TOEIC score).
