Parc Center for Disabilities is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Resident Aides to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This part-time morning role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meaningful work and want a consistent early-day schedule.
Schedule:
Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Monday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals)
- Support individuals in following their active treatment plans
- Encourage positive engagement and independence during morning routines
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with team members during shift transitions
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
Requirements
- Provide direct care and supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals)
- Support individuals in following their active treatment plans
- Encourage positive engagement and independence during morning routines
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with team members during shift transitions
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, and approved behavioral intervention certifications (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
