Job Description

This position offers flexible part-time hours (10 hours a week) to be arranged based on business needs and candidate availability. Ideal role for a Uni Student. Must be an Australian citizen.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Admin & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a long-term career in marketing. No industry experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and confidence using social media and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social platforms.

  • Film and edit training and marketing videos.

  • Update brochures, manuals, and training materials.

  • Maintain, update and improve our WordPress website.

  • Prepare blogs, newsletters, EDMs, analytics reporting and presentations.

  • Assist with grant/tender submissions

  • Support internal communications and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or similar role.

  • Required
    • ​​​​​​​Experience with WordPress (required).
    • Understanding of social media, email marketing (Hubspot), SEO, and digital analytics (required).
    • Australian citizenship (required)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Adobe Express).Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for clarity and brand consistency.

  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong visual sense.
  • Positive, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects independently
