Senior Frontend Developer

EasySend is a no-code platform that transforms complex, paperwork-heavy processes in insurance, banking, and financial services into fully digital customer journeys. Global enterprises use our platform to streamline operations, reduce friction, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help build and evolve our next-generation no-code editor. This highly interactive, real-time, component-based platform empowers business users to create sophisticated digital workflows without writing code.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing and implementing core frontend architecture, collaborating closely with Product and Design to deliver seamless, high-performance experiences. You’ll work on deep technical challenges, influence key engineering decisions, and help scale a platform used by some of the largest enterprises in the world.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and build core parts of our next-generation no-code editor, a highly interactive, real-time, component-based UI platform used by enterprise customers.
• Work closely with Product and Design to define and deliver exceptional user experiences, ensuring usability, performance, and scalability.
• Own features end-to-end: from technical design, coding, and testing to deployment, rollout, and continuous improvement in production.
• Lead architectural decisions and evaluate new technologies that strengthen the platform’s reliability, maintainability, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with a highly experienced engineering team, solving complex UI, performance, and scale challenges in creative and impactful ways.
• Continuously improve system performance, code quality, and platform stability, ensuring a robust experience for thousands of users.
• Set and uphold high engineering standards, mentor teammates, contribute to best practices, and shape a strong frontend engineering culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience building complex frontend applications in SaaS or product companies, using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) and build systems (Webpack, Vite, etc).
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance tuning, and designing scalable systems for long-lived products.
• Proven experience in modernizing legacy systems and leading migrations to new frameworks or architectures.
• Strong engineering standards around code quality, testing, security, and maintainability.
• Experience owning features end-to-end, including design, implementation, testing, rollout, and monitoring in production.
• Strong debugging and observability mindset, with experience using tools like Sentry, Datadog, Logz.io, or similar.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape solutions.
• Self-driven and fast learner, comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
• A passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and continuously improving the frontend ecosystem.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken, sufficient for day-to-day professional communication.
