Adequate training on sanitation will be provided and the employee will be responsible to identify when sanitation fails and the appropriate actions that are needed to correct</li> </ul> <p>What you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>Associates or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Engineering or related field and/or Honorable Discharge from The United States Military as an NCO or higher rank preferred</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role</li> <li>Working knowledge of inventory management software</li> <li>Excellent organization, planning skills, and strong attention to detail</li> <li>The Operations Supervisor will have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities</li> <li>Proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and managing change</li> <li>Ability to dive deep into data and provide thought-provoking, workable business solutions</li> <li>Available to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Must be able to stand for most of the day</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>ShipMonk is an equal opportunity employer.
