An experience where people engage their minds and hearts to do the best work of their careers.</p></div><p><strong>As our Manager, Performance Architecture, you will…</strong></p> <p><strong>Be Accountable and Responsible</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of media plans</li> <li>Analyze data and strategic input from clients and agency constituents to inform channel allocation recommendations</li> <li>Effectively write and present recommendations and proactive POVs internally and externally</li> <li>Meet with media partners to understand the media landscape and act as the channel expert for the team</li> <li>Work with analytics partners to help clients prove out success of your plans</li> <li>Lead Performance Architecture Planners and Associates while reporting to an Associate Director, Performance Architecture or Director, Performance Architecture</li> </ul> <p><strong>These are the qualifications we’re looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of media strategy and planning experience</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or equivalent work experience</li> <li>Knowledge of all paid media channels including digital media</li> <li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights</li> <li>Thrives in a team-oriented environment</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to translate and present complex ideas in a simple, smart way</li> <li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to consider unconventional ideas when recommending solutions</li> <li>Proficiency with Google Workspace&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with Pathmatics, Kantar, Nielsen, DCM</li> <li>Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work under pressure to deliver high-quality work within time timelines</li> <li>Passion to learn about the latest media solutions</li> <li>Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate</li> </ul> <p>#LI-NT1</p> <p>#LI-HYBRID</p> <p>At MERGE, we’re committed to fostering an environment where our team members can thrive in both their careers and personal lives, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to succeed.</p> <p>MERGE believes in transparency and equity.
