Finance Intern

About the role:

We are looking for an independent, well-organized, data-driven, and talented Finance or Accounting Intern. 

Who would love to join the Benelux Finance team, based in Best, in the new year!

Compensation: €750 per month for a full-time position (40 hours per week)

Requirements

Your mission

• Accurately issue invoices and credit invoices ensuring full compliance with company policies and agreements with customers.
• Conduct customer account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
• Communicate with the collection team to ensure timely payments
• Involved in approving credit limits for new customers.
• Ensuring that financial recordings are made according to company policies and contracts with customers.

What you'll bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a strong focus on customer account management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Fluent in Dutch is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• We work with SAP, experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
