Payroll Support Coordinator – Spanish Market (m/f/d)

You are a payroll professional with knowledge of Spanish payroll and a passion for international operations? At SIXT, we are looking for a Payroll Support Coordinator (m/f/d) to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes across several countries, mainly Spain. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, with main focus on Spanish  Payroll
• You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes
• You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve payroll issues
• You prepare and validate reports, audits, and statutory declarations in alignment with local regulations
• You identify process improvements and automation opportunities across payroll operations

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring 1+ years of experience in international payroll, with strong expertise in Spanish payroll processes and legislation
• Education You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
• Technical Skills You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Workday)
• Language You are fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken
