<li>Previous cooking experience, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality settings.</li>
<li>Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and a passion for preparing high-quality meals.</li>
<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li>
<li>Creativity, reliability, and a positive attitude.</li>
<li>Ability to speak and read English.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus, recipes, and dietary requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the appropriate temperature.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area at all times.</li>
<li>Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor food inventory and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.</li>
<li>Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special diets and resident requests.</li>
<li>Assist in cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with team members and residents to ensure a positive dining experience.</li>
<li>Adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards.</li>
</ul>
