Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive Marketing Operations Specialist (GoHighLevel & Automation Expert) to build, manage, and optimize automation systems across PPC, affiliate, and outreach channels. This role requires strong GoHighLevel experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to take full ownership of marketing workflows while working closely with the founders. You will help scale a fast-growing company by unifying lead flows, enhancing funnels, improving performance, and leading system improvements.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: USD 11
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Flexible; must overlap with IST (mid-day) and EST business hours
Schedule: Flexible schedule
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automations, workflows, and pipelines in GoHighLevel
  

• Maintain and improve PPC lead funnels (Construction + Medical)
  

• Support and enhance affiliate program automations
  

• Set up and manage cold email outreach, domain warm-up, and follow-up flows
  

• Maintain SEO hygiene and post web content
  

• Integrate PPC, affiliate, and outreach leads into a single CRM system
  

• Track campaign performance and propose improvements
  

• Coordinate freelancers (designers, SEO specialists, content writers)
  

• Take initiative and lead system improvements with new ideas
  

Requirements

• Strong GoHighLevel experience (workflows, funnels, automations, tagging)
  

• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Lemwarm, Instantly, Sales Navigator
  

• Proactive mindset with strong ownership
  

• Clear communication and good English skills
  

• Organized and detail-oriented
  

• Desire to grow into a leadership role as the company expands
