About the Role

This is a remote position.

Scheduled: 40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time, with a one-hour unpaid break.

Job Description: You’ll be driving digital growth through strategic SEO optimization and AI-powered website management for a fast-growing software company. This role combines technical SEO expertise with innovative AI tools, giving you the opportunity to work with trained AI agents that generate website code and content. You’ll execute proven SEO strategies while utilizing cutting-edge technology to keep their digital marketing engine running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

I. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Technical Health

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive technical and content SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and qualified traffic across all four domains.

  • Recurring Maintenance: Perform weekly and monthly SEO maintenance and updates via Velocity360, including technical audits, site health checks, and error remediation.

  • Research & Optimization: Conduct ongoing, in-depth keyword research and content optimization based on performance data to capture new organic market share.

II. Web Design & Publishing (Multi-Domain Consistency)

  • Design and Publishing: Design, build, and publish high-converting pages and sites aimed at driving revenue across the main site and subdomains (Resources, Conference, and Support).

  • Brand Consistency (Headers & Footers): Maintain consistent design, navigation, and functionality of headers and footers across all external web properties.

  • Content Integration: Implement a continuous publishing schedule to quickly launch new case studies, comparison articles, and support videos/walkthroughs on relevant domains.

  • Conversion Optimization: Continuously A/B test and optimize web content, layouts, and user journeys to improve conversion rates.

III. Brand Consistency & Local/Social Optimization

  • Google Business Profile (GBP): Manage optimization, content posting, and consistent maintenance of the GBP to maximize local search visibility and generate qualified leads.

  • Social Media Optimization: Ensure all social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) are optimized and reflect the latest brand messaging, promotions, and services.

  • Consistency Oversight: Maintain brand consistency in voice, visual style, and design elements across all web properties, social platforms, and the Google Business Profile.

IV. Analytics & AI Utilization

  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on SEO and web conversion performance, tracking progress toward the 10,000 organic views goal using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

  • AI Tool Utilization: Use Google Gemini as the primary AI tool for content ideation, research summarization, SEO analysis, and draft content generation to enhance efficiency



Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Web Design & Publishing: Proven expertise in web design and proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for direct implementation and publishing across multiple domains.

  • SEO Strategy & Maintenance: Demonstrated experience managing and executing successful SEO strategies, including technical audits, keyword research, and SEO maintenance tools.

  • Platform Management: Experience managing and optimizing platforms such as Google Business Profile and key social media accounts.

  • Analytical & AI Proficiency: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in using Google Gemini or similar AI tools for strategic content and research development.

  • Design & UX: Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
