About the Role

Beauty Industry Group is seeking a creative and strategic Senior Influencer Manager to lead the continued growth of influencer marketing across our Keystone hair extension brands. 


The ideal candidate has experience working with micro to macro creators, beauty influencers, professional stylists, and VIP talent, and is confident negotiating contracts for both paid and earned partnerships. This role will strategically drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion through authentic storytelling and high-impact creator collaborations across our hair extension brands. 


Compensation: $124,000-$135,000 

Bonus: Eligible for a 10% annual bonus 

Hybrid: This role is hybrid at our new Culver City office three times per week on Tues, Wed, Thurs 


Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of a global, cross-platform influencer marketing strategy, nurturing long-term partnerships through both organic collaborations and sponsored content that authentically showcases our hair extension products. 
  • Strengthen retention within our current influencer network while actively expanding and cultivating new creators—including professional hairstylists, salon owners, licensed extension specialists, and beauty educators—into passionate brand advocates. 
  • Proactively source, evaluate, and build high-impact partnerships with customers, content creators, and influential voices who genuinely connect with our products and brand values. 
  • This includes identifying top-performing stylists, emerging stylist talent, and trending creators within the professional beauty community. 
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hottest stylists, industry educators, extension specialists, and trend-driving salon professionals, ensuring BIG’s brands remain relevant and highly visible within the pro-beauty landscape. 
  • Work in tandem with paid channels and collaborate closely with paid media and social teams to deliver cohesive, full-funnel campaign strategies. 
  • Bring creator briefs to life by tailoring content to each influencer while incorporating compelling storytelling, high-impact hooks, and performance-driven elements. 
  • Lead social and digital activations for key product launches, ensuring influencer and stylist storytelling highlights product benefits, transformations, professional credibility, and real-life results. 
  • Measure and analyze influencer performance including reach, engagement, content quality, and conversion and use CreatorIQ to assess ROI. 
  • Provide strong leadership within the influencer department and across cross-functional teams, driving growth, alignment, and innovative thinking. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience within a brand or agency of managing influencer marketing background in beauty, fashion, or adjacent lifestyle categories, with a deep understanding of the creator landscape and consumer behavior within these verticals. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in spotting emerging talent, platforms, and content trends to keep the brand relevant, aspirational, and top-of-mind within the hair extension and beauty space. 
  • Prove success negotiating contracts and partnership terms across the full spectrum of influencers from micro to macro VIP talent. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate cross-functionally 
  • A creative thinker with a performance mindset, comfortable making decisions based on data. 
  • Highly collaborative, working across teams to translate performance goals into creative solutions.
