Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Manufacturing experience and the ability to apply GEMBA tools effectively to resolve quality issues. A passion for quality and the ability to train on quality tools and coach others to improve quality performance. Bachelor of Engineering degree. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, but other engineering disciplines will be considered. Six Sigma and/or Shainin certification with proven hands-on experience (preferred).
