About the Role
Develop Expertise: Enhance your problem-solving capabilities through Ford's comprehensive Strategic Problem Solving, 3x5 Why, and 6 Sigma Black Belt methodologies. Apply Strategic Problem Solving: Implement strategic problem-solving techniques to determine the underlying physics, chemistry, electricity, or other mechanisms causing failures, and drive issues to definitive resolution. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor of Science/ Engineering, or equivalent technical / manufacturing aptitude Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Manufacturing experience and the ability to apply GEMBA tools effectively to resolve quality issues. A passion for quality and the ability to train on quality tools and coach others to improve quality performance. Bachelor of Engineering degree. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, but other engineering disciplines will be considered. Six Sigma and/or Shainin certification with proven hands-on experience (preferred).
