About the Role
Manage secure handling, storage, and dispatch of confidential exam materials. Use web-based systems for registration, scheduling, and candidate management. Ensure venues are properly equipped and set up for test delivery (including CBT setup and hardware/software checks). Provide first-line IT support during computer-based exam sessions. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (candidates, partners, venues, examiners) to resolve operational issues. Support the implementation of health, safety, and security procedures at venues. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required by the Quality and Compliance Exams framework. Support monitoring visits, audits, and other compliance activities. Contribute to continuous improvement and professional development initiatives within the Exams team Desirable: University degree in administration, education, or a related field. Minimum/Essential: Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail. Ability to priorities tasks and manage time effectively under pressure. Experience working collaboratively in multicultural and international environments. Customer-focused, with good interpersonal and communication skills Minimum one year of experience in a similar administrative or exams-related role. Proven track record in office administration and data handling. Experience supporting events, logistics, or customer service operations. Familiarity with using digital systems for operational processes. Experience working in or with international or not-for-profit organization. Experience in a matrix management environment.
