About the Role
Partner with PMM teams to develop and execute GTM strategy for product drops and launches, ensuring creator campaigns align with commercial priorities. Synthesize GTM strategy and business needs into simple, actionable engagement pathways for creators and talent. Ideate and contract release plans in collaboration with agencies, managers, and collectives. Manage creator execution of product drops and launches, overseeing campaign delivery from concept to completion. Build and nurture direct relationships with content creators and talent, acting as a strategic partner to amplify authentic brand storytelling. Blend social culture, platform fluency, and product truth into campaign strategy and execution. Monitor cultural trends, competitor activity, and platform innovations, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data and analytics to optimize strategy and demonstrate return on investment. Develop and execute paid media strategies within creator campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance measurement. Present campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Drive internal alignment through storytelling, stakeholder education, and regular sharing of best practices. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in creator strategy, influencer marketing, or campaign management OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience developing and executing creator and influencer campaigns for product launches, ideally for Business to business or technology brands. 3+ years of experience working with Procuct Marketing Manager teams on Go to Market strategy and translate business needs into actionable creator engagement plans. Strong command of social media platforms, creator culture, and audience engagement strategies, managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a matrix environment. 3+ years of experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance using data and analytics tools. Hands-on experience developing and executing paid media strategies within creator campaigns. 3+ years of experience building and managing direct relationships with creators, agencies, managers, and collectives. Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience. Experience connecting niche social subcultures to product launch and drop strategies in tech or broader pop culture Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
