About the Role
- Integrate SAP PaaS and SaaS applications and platforms in Azure using Kubernetes or other open source frameworks. - Enhance the functionality of ABAP SDKs and libraries for integration of SAP with Azure services - Develop tooling for collecting telemetry and optimization for SAP workloads on Azure, using machine learning - Analyze and investigate deployments, develop solutions and work with the Azure Compute Engineering teams to improve and enhance the experience of SAP hosting and deploying SaaS and PaaS services on the Azure platform. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR equivalent experience. - 2+ years experience with machine learning (ML) or artificial intelligence (AI) - 2+ years experience with Linux (SLES, RHEL) and Windows Operating systems - 2+ years experience with cloud environments - Azure or AWS - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science - OR related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python - OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR equivalent experience. - 2+ years experience in working with community driven OSS projects on Github and monitoring and telemetry in cloud native environments - Demonstrated ability and passion for analyzing and improving large scale service deployments. - The ability to multi-task while balancing short term and long-term needs is essential Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
