About the Role
As an AI Workforce Digital Specialist, you will be a solution sales expert within our enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers. You will collaborate with a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed solution sales targets in your assigned accounts. You will help customers evaluate their business challenges, recommend solutions that meet their requirements, and close new business resulting in customer value and satisfaction. Sales Execution: You will collaborate with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and contribute to the development of solutions. Proactively build an external stakeholder network to and implement strategies to accelerate and close AI Workforce opportunities. Hunt new AI Workforce opportunities by identifying and engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers' business and technology priorities, governance, decision and budget processes, and landing the value proposition of AI Workforce solutions. Scaling and Collaboration: You will collaborate with a network of internal partners on the planning, orchestration and execution of AI Workforce opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell. Technical Expertise: You will initiate AI Workforce Business Decision Maker conversations, share best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas acting as a subject matter expert to make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal. Sales Excellence: You will collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, do compete plans, forecasting, and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers and manage AI Workforce solutions across your accounts. 6+ years sales and negotiation experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 3+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience. These are not mandatory, but a great guide as to what we are looking for in candidates. If these skills and qualifications look like you, please submit your interest. 3-5+ years experience selling cloud services to large/global customers. Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Understanding partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions/services to solve customer needs. Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud platform competitor landscape. Experience of driving end to end sales with customers leveraging all sales programs available to you Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage competing priorities and work effectively with high levels of autonomy and self-direction in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment. Capacity to learn and retain knowledge about systems, processes, products, and services quickly and accurately. Build relationships, collaborate, and influence across organizations, functions, and stakeholder groups. Operational and sales excellence discipline, including planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder communication, services/partner engagement and sales excellence practices including pipeline and opportunity management. A desire to learn, grow, and drive change. Developing demand and pipe by building BDM and ITDM networking, assessing strategic customer objectives, digital transformation opportunity discovery, key improvement scenarios and an ability to measure and present incremental and new economic value from solutions proposed. Ability to sell solutions with connected end-to-end business transformation across business units within enterprise accounts. Disciplined sales operator demonstrated accuracy in forecasting business and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
