About the Role
Calendar & Meeting Management Provide end-to-end calendar and time management support for leaders to ensuring alignment with business priorities and personal working styles Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking rooms, managing conference technology, and troubleshooting audio-visual (AV) issues Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, Finance, event planners, and peers Partner with teams across the organization to ensure seamless execution of leader and team objectives Support onboarding and training of new administrative staff and mentor junior colleagues as needed, Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events, including logistics, scheduling, and communications Manage and deliver assigned projects and tasks with accountability and minimal supervision Support budgeting, expense reporting, and procurement processes in compliance with company policies 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Planning and execution skills - for driving various events and offsites Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organisation Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a can-do attitude High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint Solid Project Management skills
