About the Role
Lead & Inspire a world-class team of engineers working on .NET runtime libraries, ensuring technical excellence and personal development. Direct planning, prioritization, and day-to-day execution of tasks, ensuring alignment with overarching goals. Provide constructive and supportive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with fellow managers across the .NET team, orchestrating cross-team initiatives for seamless integration. Collaborate with the open-source community, review contributions, and foster a thriving contributor ecosystem around dotnet/runtime and related repositories Strong background in C# and the .NET ecosystem with a deep understanding of .NET, cross-platform development, and library design. Minimum of 3+ years in management or team leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to lead and influence across teams. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects, especially within the .NET ecosystem.
