What You’ll Do -
Looking for an opportunity to drive impactful HR tech solutions? In this role, you’ll lead Taleo configurations, support enterprise-wide projects, and enhance user experiences across the platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve complex issues, and deliver scalable system improvements.

You'll report to Manager, Systems Software Engineering.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

1.       Provide functional and technical expertise for new Taleo initiatives.

2.       Configure the Taleo platform to enhance internal and external user experience.

3.       Participate in enterprise-wide project teams to solve complex business problems.

4.       Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues related to web tools and integrations.

5.       Perform detailed configuration and manage code migrations between environments.

6.       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process and system improvements.

7.       Oversee design, deployment, and compliance of new Taleo functionalities.

What You Bring to the Role

1.       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

2.       8–10 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support of Taleo applications.

3.       Strong expertise in Taleo Connect Client (TCC) integrations.

4.       Background in corporate talent acquisition operations and strategy is a plus.

5.       Solid understanding of data architecture and system integrations.

6.       Proven ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently in dynamic environments.

7.       Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
