Associate Analyst, Global Mobility and Immigration

Reports To: Senior Team Leader, Global Mobility and Immigration

Location: India (Hybrid)

Department: People and Culture – Global Services / Global Mobility and Immigration

Position Summary

The Associate Analyst, Global Mobility and Immigration supports the seamless relocation of employees across borders through short-term assignments, long-term assignments, and permanent transfers. This role ensures compliance with immigration laws and facilitates the preparation of documentation required for work authorization, residence permits, and business visas. The Associate Analyst also serves as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, providing timely updates and coordination throughout the mobility process.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage and support global mobility and immigration cases for international employee relocations.

·       Prepare and review documentation required for immigration compliance, including work permits, residence permits, and business visas.

·       Communicate proactively with employees, candidates, and stakeholders to provide updates and guidance throughout the relocation process.

·       Collaborate with external immigration vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate case progression.

·       Work closely with other HR teams to ensure employment records are accurately tracked and maintained for both home and host countries.

·       Maintain detailed case records and tracking systems to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.

·       Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Senior Team Leader as appropriate.

·       Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the Global Mobility and Immigration team.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       1–2 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR operations preferred.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·       Familiarity with immigration processes and documentation requirements is a plus.
