Key Responsibilities 

Sales & Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Engage prospective clients through events, digital channels, and referrals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in the luxury yacht segment. 

Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, owners, and representatives. Uphold brand standards in all client interactions, communications, and events. 

Collaboration: Collaborate with other Hinckley Yacht locations to ensure a seamless ownership experience. Communicate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

This is a commission only based opportunity - You will have the opportunity to drive your own book of business and success for Hinckley. 

Requirements

Location: Must reside in the Miami beach area. 

Experience: Prior experience as a yacht broker or in other luxury sales. 

Technical Skills:  

Proven track record of achieving sales targets. 

Strong understanding of the yachting and boating industry.  

Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies 

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software tools. 

Prior experience in the luxury market (a plus). 

Soft Skills:  

Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships. 

Ability to uphold professionalism and maintain confidentiality. 

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 

Strong negotiation skills. 

Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
