Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spa Therapist to join our Spa team at Amanzoe in Porto Heli, Greece. Reporting to the Spa Management Team, this role is essential in delivering holistic wellness experiences and

personalized treatments to our guests in a serene and luxurious environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments (body massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe, hygienic, and professional manner.

• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments to achieve optimal relaxation and wellbeing.

• Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably clean and stocked at all times.

• Maintain guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the spa experience.

• Provide detailed knowledge of spa services, products, and wellness programs.

• Assist in spa reception duties when required.

• Adhere to all health and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with other therapists and spa staff to maintain service excellence.

• Promote a calm and peaceful atmosphere, aligning with Aman’s values and philosophy.

Requirements

• Degree from a Technological Institute or certified college in massage therapy or aesthetics (Greece or abroad).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury spa environment or 5-star hotel.

• Excellent knowledge of massage techniques, body and facial treatments, and anatomy & physiology.

• PC literacy and knowledge of Afrodite Spa-Salon-Fitness software is an asset.

• Excellent command of Greek and English; other languages are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to exceptional guest service.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Legal right to live and work in Greece.
