What You’ll Do

  • Participate in project planning and commissioning activities. 
  • Conduct field investigations and system testing for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. 
  • Document findings, prepare reports, and help resolve performance issues. 
  • Support energy assessments, facility condition studies, and other building performance projects. 

What You Bring

  • BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred) 
  • 0–1 year of experience — no direct commissioning experience required (training provided) 
  • Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and construction documents 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 
  • Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state
