About the Role
Architecting commerce to be AI-native — where agents purchase, renew, and optimize Develop and execute product strategies for Enterprise Commerce platform, including product vision, roadmap, feature sets, pricing models, and go-to-market plans. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and other stakeholders. Define and prioritize customer needs, market opportunities, competitive analysis, and user feedback to deliver customer-centric solutions. Communicate product value proposition and benefits to internal and external audiences, including executives, customers, partners, analysts, and media. Drive product adoption and growth by identifying and addressing customer pain points, creating compelling value propositions, and delivering engaging product experiences. 8+ years of software product & program management experience, including at least 3 years or equivalent experience in building enterprise grade B2B products and services. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience and MBA from premium institute is preferred. Ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset to build trust with internal and externals stakeholders. Experience in enterprise commerce, billing, subscription management, or related domains Strong collaboration skills to impact/influence engineering and cross functional teams Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Builds upon a strong team ethos and embodies company and division values, cultivating a culture based in diversity, inclusion, growth mindset, and customer obsession. Passion for customer satisfaction and launching high-quality products leveraging technology, data and AI.
